Our Design Strategy.
Briefing stage.
Initial contact, confidential meeting, discuss requirements, in-depth analysis, which services, considering lifestyle, budget, and time, initial site survey, and create project proposals.
Developing stage.
Client approval of design concept, further refinement of the design, consideration of every detail, final changes to implement before CAD drawings, produce drawings in conjunction with architect or suppliers, project timetable is defined with a detailed proposed schedule of works, add relevant accurate estimates of quantities required and budgetary changes are made.
Drawing stage.
Develop sketches, mood boards , scale drawings 2D and 3D, rendering with design solutions, technical drawings, furniture layouts, lighting arrangements, and floor plans.
Technical & specialist stage.
Design transformed into working drawings, every area is developed with elevations walls, sketches of window treatments, furnishing, cabinetry, lighting, carpets and floor, each bespoke item such as fitted cabinets, curtains or kitchens is carefully designed and developed taking care of the finest details and working in close contact with the manufacturer.
Detailing stage.
Furniture selections, fixtures selections, fittings selections, materials selections + samples, finishes selections, detailed furniture layouts, detailed lighting arrangements, and detailed floor plans.
Realization stage.
Fully ready for the works to start, project coordination and administration, completion of the project, working closely with relevant, craftsmen, suppliers subcontractors, make sure that each stage of the project is carried out to the highest possible standers.
